Y6 Homework to be completed by Friday 10th February

Hi Class 6!

Don't forget the more homework you complete, the more ASB pounds you can earn! This year is your most important year yet and being responsible for your learning is essential if you are going to achieve everything you are capable of. All we ask is that you do your best and that you believe in yourself!

Reading

Please make sure that you are reading for at least 20 minutes a day, 5 times a week.

This could be a fiction book, non-fiction book, blog post, newspaper, comic, or something else. Remember in the words of Dr Seuss,

'The more that you READ, the more things you will KNOW. The more that you LEARN, the more places you will GO'.

Spellings

The children should now be able to spell all of the Year 5 and 6 Statutory Spellings (see attached list). During this half term, we will be testing them on a weekly basis to identify any words that they currently can't spell.
