Today we are going to be listening to the rest of the model text Weslandia and find out the ending of the story that we started yesterday. I would like you to fill out the Likes, Dislike, Patterns and Puzzles grid with any thoughts or questions you have about the story.
Once you have completed this, I would like you to begin to think about places you like to visit and find pictures of these. Use the pictures of places you like to help you begin to design your own 'Weslandia'; you could even draw a map or your place or create a model of what you would like to have.
Spelling

Topic
Today I would like you to read through my PowerPoint on the location of the Maya Civilization. At the end, there are some questions for you to research. You can write your answers on paper, as a word document, as a poster, or in another creative way.
