Senior Pupil Services Officer
Contract Term: Full time, Permanent
Salary: STC Grade 3 – NJC Points 6-9 Starting Salary £16,942 per annum (£19,698 FTE)
Term Time only – 39 weeks per annum

Are you an experienced school administrator, passionate about ensuring schools deliver the best service for their pupils, families and the staff? Are you ready to lead the administrative function in the schools, supporting all the services relating to pupils in the school office?
All Saints Babbacombe are now looking to recruit a Senior Pupil Services Officer. All Saints Babbacombe Church of England Primary School, serves a wide community bringing together fantastic children under the vision of ‘living, loving and learning forever; becoming the best you can be as we journey together.’ We are a team who pride ourselves in providing a safe, loving, caring family environment that allows children to thrive during their learning journey.
You’ll need to have experience of administration within a school or academy setting and have the ability to keep a positive focus when problem solving. You’ll be an excellent communicator whilst being responsible for a wide variety of tasks, including being the local expert in our school systems e.g. SIMS. You’ll be ensuring our pupil services teams give quality administrative support to leaders and teachers in the schools and provides a wonderful welcome to any visitors.
