On this page you will find key information about planned school improvement. The document you will find below is our Strategic Plan, this identifies our strategic direction over a three year period. The plan is divided into three key areas for development:

1. Responsive Teaching
2. Curriculum
3. Leadership

The document is used by staff and governors to make yearly action plans that will help us reach the key performance indicators identified on this document. Governors will also use this document to hold senior and middle leaders to account for the improvement journey of the school.
