Academy Business Manager

Contract: 37 hours, 40 weeks p/a

Salary: NJC points 30 – 34, £32,878 – 36,876 FTE.   Actual salary pro rata: £28,626 - £32,822

Benefits: Local Government Pension Scheme

Location: Based at St Marychurch C of E Primary & Nursery School and All Saints Babbacombe C of E Primary School, both in Torquay

 

We are looking for an approachable, flexible and friendly person to manage our busy school administration teams at St Marychurch Primary School and All Saints Babbacombe.

 

You will be responsible for the office teams as well as managing the finance, personnel and premises, together with H&S.   You will be able to work with initiative, be able to meet demanding deadlines as well as be personable, well organised, calm and have excellent communication skills. The job will involve extensive prioritising and effective communication within the teams. You will be willing to learn new systems and be capable of flexible working in a fast -paced school environment.
